Amy, to write is therapeutic. Writing allows us to not only release pain but to offer others a pain reliever as well. To write when we're upset is a great thing because to hold those feelings inside, is not good. There are numerous ways for us to release negative energy, in my humble opinion, writing is at the top of the list.

Granted, at times it's difficult to remain positive, and that's cool. What's not cool is to allow times to alter our nature entirely because this will eventually affect others in our lives, especially those who look to us as lights.

To rant and rave are alright every once in a while, we're all entitled, especially in the times we're now forced to live in. Just allow your babies to keep you focused because like I know you already know, they're always watching you.

May our words continue to inspire others, and may we continue to be inspired by the words of others.

P.S. How did you share my piece offering to your response? I've been trying to figure it out for a while now, I'm not that tech-savvy 😊. Help me, please.
